Objects/inheritance

Does anybody know, for what release of Oracle8i server is planned declarative object inheritance (Object option). It seems that syntax of CREATE TYPE command is already prepared by keyword "EXTENDS" - CREATE TYPE yyy AS OBJECT EXTENDS xxx.
And the second question linked to the one above - what release will support "dynamic method binding" (virtual methods) on ancestor/descendant on a base of the inheritance support mentioned above.
