    ORA-01195 error means you need to apply archived redolog for the
recovery.  Try to restore the required archived redolog and apply it to
the DR database before activate it.  By the way, once you successfully
activate your database, you have to shutdown with immediate option and
restart it normal.  There is useless the restart the database if the
'activation procedure' is failed.
