Trouble with installation Oracle server 7.2.3 on hp-ux 10.20

I'm installing Oracle RDBMS server version 7.2.3 on hp-ux 10.20 . The installation is not successful, at in the end I have got information as follows:

    An operating system error occurred while trying to spawn
'/mnt1/oracle/7.2.3/bin/gensyslib' while redirecting output to
'/mnt1/oracle/7.2.3/orainst/install.log'. (No such file or
directory.)

    Would you like to retry the operation or allow the error to be     processed by the Installer?

If I continue I have a following message:

            Installing...

              tcp.ins(554): OS_ERROR while spawning
              /mnt1/oracle/7.2.3/bin/gensyslib

, and it breaks.

If anyone have an idea about it I'll be very grateful.

Any suggestions and ideas would be appreciated
