Trying to install Oracle Application Server 4.0 under Windows NT SP4 with
Oracle 8.0.5.

Everything goes well during the install. We can reach the OAS Manager and configure the product. When we try to launch OAS, we obtain the following message:
"Communication failure while trying to communicate with the ORB
Check to see if the ORB is currenty running." And
"ORB is not responding. Please restart manually."
Our ports for the ORB are 2649 and 2651. We have tried to change the port.
We also tried the following command : owsctl start -orb. Same result (even the -T option have not help us to discover what's wrong).

Could somebody have an idea about this problem or a way to make the error more "verbose" ?
Thanks in advance for any response.
