Hi Suresh

          You have written that you ran catexp.sql and ccaatexp7.sql on 8.0.5 server. I wonder if there are other set of SQL files for creating EXPORT and IMPORT related views. If you see any 8.XXX version specific catalog files, you should run them.

Also, if u are on windows NT at urs Client's site, U should be able to go to DOS prompt and run the import utility. You should be able to provide the logfile name etc.
