?? HELP!!How to know about this .....???

Dear all,

     Can anybody give me some suggestions ?

     I have some problems ....

     1)My Database is 7.2.3 (index must drop before re-create), last month I
     used a procedure to analyze all indexes(validate structure),
     I just wonder the difference between  re-create all indexes and only
     re-create the index((del_lf_rows_len/lf_rows_len)*100% > 20%).

     2)How should I know my existing indexes are all created properly or not
?
     (Ttrace all the programs is the only way ?? )

    Since that imp/exp will eliminate all fragmentations, how can I know that

    my DB is needed to be exp/imp again ??     Any suggestions is welcome !! Thanks in advance !
