URGENT : Oracle 8.0.5 UPGRADING problem

Hi there:

I've a Oracle 7.3.2.3 database on NT and i want to upgrade to Oracle 8. My Oracle 8 is the release 8.0.5.0.0 for NT and when i install Oracle 8 with no problems. Then when i try to run Oracle Migrating Assistant and ask me what's de internal password of ORCL instance, i GET AN ERROR. And say : "Error : Please read Oracle 8 release notes... blah blah !!

Anyone HELP me ?
