Arch. Trace error

I had two QS here 1. if my arch.trc file record *** trace file full *** and nothing being record, should I shutdown server and rename the arch.trc? are there size limit for arch.trc? my file is only 256K

2. I had this error in my arch.trc:
sksacre: Error creating archive file F:\oracle\NT6\saparch\ARC01201.001 any one know what is it? is it serious?
