You may be able to delete this. I always do. I think it is
used by Enterprise Manager's intelligent agent. You should
probably investigate this a bit more before deleting it, to
be sure that you don't use it.

I don't know what the above two are for. Could they be users
that you created?

yes. The user SCOTT owns some demo tables.
