Migration from MS-SQL 6.5 to Oracle 7.3.4

I am thinking of migrating from a microsoft sql server 6.5 (NT) to Oracle 7.3.4 (Unix or NT).
There are a couple of tables with some millions of records... Is there any tools for this in Oracle or any other ideas of how this is done the most proper way ??
