Hi, I am going to hire ORACLE DBAS who would start next week. I need a list of questions to ask the DBA. I intend to give a written test followed by an interview by an ORACLE expert. It would help if you can send me a list of questions and answers to it to ask an ORACLE DBA. The DBA will also do the Data Modelling from the Object Model and will need to know how to write stored procs.

I would appreciate if the group would help me with a list of questions and answers to that.
