Updatable snapshot refresh

I've got two updatable snapshot groups which seems to be more than Oracle 7.3.3.6 can handle. If I schedule both refresh-jobs to start at exactly the same time they both get stuck and the locking situation in the database looks like this:

Same thing happens if the pushing job (execute) runs at the same time with one snapshot refresh.

Has anyone ever had more than one updatable snapshot group or both updatable snapshots and normal replication running in the same database at the same time ?
