anyone using shareplex?

One of my clients has handed me Quest's "shareplex" software, for keeping "backup" DB's current with the "primay". I don't know much about this product, aside from the admin docs, and can't find much about on the web. A dejanews search turned up nada. Is anyone else using this product? If so, I'd love to hear your experiences, particularly any advice on setup configuration, so we can avoid common pitfalls.
