Oracle 7.3 to 8.0 migration ??

Hi everyone,
I am currently using Oracle 7.3.3.0 on Windows NT. I wanted to upgrade to Oracle 8.04: hence, following instructions found on technet.oracle.com I applied the following steps:
- installed oracle 8.04 on the same ORAHOME

restarted the machine
tried to migrate the current database using the Oracle database migration assistant

Running the migration assistant through the GUI just opens a popup windows saying "read the documentation".
If I run it from the command line (mig80) then I receive an ORA-01017 Error: user/password not identified.

I think the problem may have arised from the usage of a password for the INTERNAL user different from the default one (oracle). How can I specify the username/password on the mig80 command line ? I already tried something like: mig80 internal/mypassword but it doesn't work...
