No, I don't believe so. On the replacement side of things, you forget that SQLJ is still simply a wrapper to server DB scripts, in that that makes calls to PL/SQL / SQL code. So I think PL/SQL is here to stay. Lets hope Oracle PL/SQL objects in the future has polymorphism, then SQLJ may have a run for its money.
