Multiple instances on Oracle 8

Hi?

Could somebody help me? I create two instances with the Oracle Installer, but when I type dbstart, the second instance does not start properly instead, there is a message on screen like this: "Rollback segment r01 doesn't exist". Anybody knows why this happens and what have I to do to start both instances??
