Conversion from 7.1.4 to 8.0.5EE on HP-UX 10.20

I'm beginning a conversion of my Oracle database.  I will be installing
8.0.5 Enterprise Edition on an HP-UX 10.20 machine.  I have another machine
with production data that I will be moving to the new machine, and it is
running 7.1.4.



Just looking for opinions on the best way to get the data over to the new
machine.  Any thoughts?
