Legato Storage Manager

I have a Solaris 2.6 server on which I will install Oracle8. This server already has Networker(Solstice Backup 5.0.1) installed. Can I install the Legato Storage Manager included with Oracle and still take advantage of the jukebox options already installed. What are the potential conflicts?
