Inteligent AGENT to ENTERPRISE MANAGER

Hi there...

I've ORACLE 7.3.2.3 under NT 4 !!!

Is there anyone here that can help me to configure Entreprise Manager ??? I've installed it but the Inteligent agent isn't running. I dont know what i've to do to put it working. I've installed SNMP Service (NT) but i there's an error when i try to DBSNMP_STATUS Error : "The DB sub-agent isnt initialized" I try to START OracleAgent in NT SERVICES but it give me an error !!!! "Could not start OracleAgent serveice on \\SERVER. Error 2140 internal !!!

I know that i've got to configure TNSNAMES.ORA and SNMP.ORA, but i DONT know what i've to do !!!! I've NetWork Manager, but it only run under W95 ... !!!

If anyone can help me by email or by chat (IRC, ICQ, NetMeeting, etc ...) I would aprecciate ...
