Graphics cartridge broken

Is there anyone who has got the Developer/2000 Graphics cartridge working with Web Application Server 3.0.2 ?

We have been unable to get it running. The documentation indicates that the cartridge should use the following library:

%ORACLE_HOME%/lib/libgw30.so

This file doesn't even exist, Support advised that the docs are out of date, and it should be:

%ORACLE_HOME%/lib/libgraphics30.so

This file does exist, but the entry point listed in the docs (GWWRBMain) is not in there (using 'nm' to list symbols).

I have opened a TAR with support, they have said that this is a known bug, and that they are talking to the development group about it. However it seems pretty strange to me that they would even release the product with a problem like this - it would be pretty obvious that none of the graphics functions were going to work.

Our environment is Solaris 2.6, Oracle 8.0.5,   Web Application Server 3.0.2,
  Developer/2000 2.1 (Reports 3.0.1, Graphics 3.0)

If anyone has got a similar configuration working could they post the name of the library and entry point that they are using ?

thanks,

Chris.
