There is no difference as NTW uses same kernel as NTS.

Some registry-values are different to begin with and NTS has some
additional software bundled in (mainly IIS)  and has different
licensing policy but that's all.

There was a lot of discussion of differencies between NTW and NTS when
they were released and after a thorough examination it was generally
accepted that there are none. ( Despite of MS claiming otherwise.)
