Dear DBA's,

i had get below problem when i try to start database. please provide me solution.

       ora-00205 error in identifying control files.
                 '%RDBMS70_control%/ctl1.ora''
       ora-09202 error indentifying file.
       ora-04002 Unable to open the file.
