Thanks for your comment. I thought you should be able to from reading the help but we haven't tried it yet. The problem is the system is managed by a different team who are really Novell people that are becoming skilled in NT, and they don't really know ArcServe yet - and really, don't have the kind of structured approach to the system that I'm used to.
I have suggested the pre/post jobs and I *think*(?) we'll be having a good look. I'll mention your comment to see if we can get the ball rolling again.
