Re: Oracle-Listener on Solaris eats 99.8% CPU

Hello Mladen:

I had a similar problem once on NT. In my case the listener log was being flooded and all my CPU was taken about five minutes after the listener was started. I solved the problem by setting the listener log to manual start - so I only turn it on when I actually need it.
