O.S. Choice.

I am the DBA for a small startup and I have been exposed to Oracle on NT for about 3+ Years now. We are about to port to a new more OS to handle our explosive growth, the problem is which to choose. We are looking at SUN,IBM AIX or HPUX. Are there any gotchas or advantages to any of these choices? Thank you in advance for any input..
