Hi,

I need to setup an ODBC connection to Oracle/Linux from Progress/SCO so that I can pull data from the Progress database into Oracle. I have ODBC drivers running (Openlink) under Linux but have no idea of how to setup a remote server definition so that I can create stored procedures in Oracle to pull the data out of Progress. Also I understand that Logging on tables is optional and I would like to turn them off in Oracle - is this easy to do?

TIA Mike
