Urgent help! Problems after upgraded 7.33 > 8.05

I have just completed updating both our test and production servers from Oracle 73352 to 805 and we have a couple of problems that have me more than a bit worried.

I noticed under SYS a view ALL_FK_CONSTRAINTS_2 is not valid. Seems the view is trying to access a columns "type" in table sys.cdef$ but on checking the column is called type#.

There is no other view called ALL_FK_CONSTRAINTS so is this a serious problem.

Secondly since upgrdading I can find no archivelogs have been produced

Thirdly the database seems very very slow, a query that normally would come back instantly is taking a minute or so...

Seems something is screwed up somewhere...

Any thoughts on how to fix this...
