It's my understanding that the problem here is that Personal Oracle (any
version) runs under the Windows "operating system" and Forms 3.0 is strictly a
DOS-mode product. Oracle could never come up with a way of making these two
products talk with one another, and since there is no support for Forms 3.0
anymore, there isn't likely to be. It may be possible to run the Forms 3.0
stuff in DOS windows, but that's your best bet. Good luck.
