It is certain that you are confusing what it meant by temp segment. When a
new table is created it is done under the name "temp". After creation it is
renamed. Check the space available in the tablespace you are placing the new
table. Also, if you are asking for a 650 mg initial extent, you must have
650 mg of contiguous free space.
