Oracle Reports Server Problem

I'm using the Reports Server from the D2K version 2.1 for NT.

I configured the web enabled Reports Server as a Cartridge described in the Manual accompanying the D2K Software. The Webserver is v3.0.1 for NT.

It's an odd problem in that I can run a report once after I restart the listener.
However, I get the dreaded

"The requested URL was not found"

when I run it any time after. Essentially, giving me the capability to run a report once.

I'm thinking its an environment setting.

i.e. Listener

       report server -> repserver.ora
       report server cartridge

I've opened a TAR at Support but All I got was stuff I already checked out.

Any help would be appreciated.
