I believe the point of the certified professional exams run by Oracle or any other IT organisation is to confirm that the examine has the experience in the subject they are being examined on. Therefore the only true way to pass the exam is to a genuine professional, that way you will just walk it if you know your stuff. A good starting point though is the Oracle Advanced Tuning book which has some test questions.
