The best way to go using OWS 2.1.1 would probably be the OWA replacement
cartridge found at http://govt.us.oracle.com/... This allows you to
authenticate the user based on username/passwords stored in the DB...
Other options include using the OWA_COOKIE package... the first option is the
best.. and the replacement cartridge does a heck of a lot for OWS 2.1
