Hi 



One of my Oracle 7.3.4 instances has started dumping trace files which contain around 20-30 lines each saying "Out of async requests."



About 8 trace files per day are being created and there doesn't seem to be any pattern to this.



What on earth does this mean and what could be causing it ?
