how to disable/enable constraints (using gui)

Is there a Gui tool for 7.3.3 in server manager for enabling and
disableing constraints ( all of them for import/export purposes )
other than sqlplus alter constraint command?



I don't have enterprize manager set up; does that have the
click of the mouse enable / disable that I am looking for?



..or do I have to make a script to run in sqlplus and wait
to upgrade to ver 8.
