Personal Oracle for 95: Price?

Hi:

My client has a database implemented in MS Access 97. They want me to make some modification to their database. Few months ago I had done a seemlier work with them, for that I had to redesign the whole database. So this time I want to switch to Personal Oracle for 95.

What is the price for Personal Oracle 95 and Developer 2000? Do I need to but any other components?
