Oracle 8.0.4 Enterprise runs reasonably well on my P133 NT Server with 128MB RAM. You should consider using it. As long as you're using it for development/learning and not in Production, you can use it for as long as you like without worrying about the license. It's only $5 for a trial copy from the Oracle Store.
