imp & exp

trying to export to an NT database
exp from hp-ux is successful with no warnings

tried 3 imp into the nt box, full-28 meg log full of warnings table again warnings
user same  

 The nt box is a financials db with hr the only data is seed  

the most common warnings are
imp-00015 following statement failed berceuse the object already exists imp-00003 oracle error 1917
1917 user or role does not exist
imp-000017 oracle error 1917 encountered
