Unable to Oracle Application Server Admin

Hi Everyone,



when the command owsctl start admin is given the system is giving the
following error



Error:Could not increase number of selectors to 1024



Any help is appreciated.



OWAS is running on HP-UX and OAS version is 3.0.  I am able to start WRB.
