Offline backup - what files needed

I have a database that I want to repeatedly restore to a given state. i.e.
Save the database, run tests, restore, run tests, restore, etc.  Presumably I
can achieve this by saving the appropriate files and restoring those files
while the server is offline.  What's the minimum list of files that I need
to save?
