Help mounting DB in Oracle 6

I'm having trouble mounting an old database using Oracle 6. I get a
message "ERROR 71239" that causes Oracle to abort everytime it tries to
mount the database. This is on a DataGeneral AOS/VS platform. Any help
will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
