I don't know exactly how to do so. Someone installed it OTG4IMGSQL (3.0.15.6) for and I don't really know how to find out. However, once we had a trouble with it: french characters were not well returned from the Gateway. So I had to look at it and I tried a few things, until I found the right value. Here it is:

language = FRENCH_AMERICA.WE8HP

What I understand of this parameter, it is composed of three parts, first the language itself (FRENCH, AMERICAN, etc), the territory (AMERICA, FRANCE, etc) and finally the character set (in our case, WE8HP is the one corresponding to MPE/iX on HP3000)

I hope it'll help. Take note that I heard that release 4.0 did not support french characters. We have to install 4.0.1 (or 4.1, I'm not sure)
