Thanks everyone for all your important suggestions. Just to do a bit of clarification, our company is fact want to setup a service support system.
We want to have our oversea customer logging in their calls thru internet. That's why we tried not to have any downtime. We budgeted only a NT sort of system. As this is our the first 'critical' application on a NT platform, I might as well ask around for the reliability. I am currently looking into Oracle Fail Safe Group Configuration.
