Yes it does, but I have a recommendation. Consider going to Netware 4.11 especially if you're having problems with it on Netware 4.1. The SMP support on Netware 4.1 is a little sketchy in my opinion. I've had some problems with it on Netware 4.1 (on a Compaq machine no less!) that were resolved when I went to Netware 4.11.

I can't tell you much about the parallel query option because I'm not using it right now but I can tell you that Oracle will use SMP support on Netware even without parallel query.
