ORACLE Press puts out the DBA Certification Exam Guide. It is comprehensive and there is a CD Pretest in addition to the sample chapter exams in the book

Nothing beats practile experience using Oracle. The book does a good job highlighting the areas covered on the 4 exams for the 7.3 DBA Certification. The ORACLE education website additionally, has a pretest with sample tests to help you become familiar with the types of questions and format of the exam.
