Help me! my database is dead and so am i if it is still dead on Monday.

An engineer messed up my machine, I have fixed all the disks but now oracle won't come up. When I run svrmgrl I get the following. $svrmgrl

SVRMGR> The first course of action is obvious: tie electrodes to the engineers tender parts, it's the getting the database started bit that is a bit of a bugger.
