how to use OBACKUP to execute online (hot) backup on Database in ORACLE 7.X?

Recently, i face a problem, as i want to do a online backup on Oracle 7.X
database on a Solaris 2.6 OS platform, but i don't quite familar with the
usage of OBackup? Anybody had experience on using it? Please help!!Thanks
