ORACLE ON SOLARIS

After I installed Oracle, I could run the  Security Manager, Data
Manager, etc. on my desktop.  Now its gone and I don't know how to get
it back.  Where did it go and how do I get it back?



Also, I get a TNS listener error so I can't connect to my database.
All other messages upon boot up with respect to the Oracle server were
OK.
