ORA-00600 - where to report a bug?

I've got error message ORA-00600 which is documented as "internal error, report bug to support" on my Oracle 8.0.3.0.3 which for Netware i got as bundle with Novell Netware. Any ideas _where_ to send bug reports? Can't find anything usable on www.oracle.com ...
