Oracle 8.0.3 & 7.3.3 Listener problem

I have installed oralce version 7.3.3 on NT alpha and after that installed oracle 8.0.3
on the same machine & oralce_home.
Everything seemed to be right, connections using listener80 & net80 for both 7.3.3 & 8.0.3.
After a while I saw that connections to oracle 7.3.3 didn't release port 1521 which caused
the listener80 not to start again after shutting.

Did anyone know of a similar problem, causing 7.3.3 connections through listener80 not to end properly?
Is there a way (patch) to fix this problem ? 10X
