When I try to start LSNRCTL on a Novell platform, the service starts to
connect and then nothing; it hangs. All the parameters in the
listener.ora, tnsnames etc. are correct, i.e earlier attempts to start
the listener did succeed. Bringing the database down and starting it
again is no help; the listener still refuses to start.
Does anyone have/had a similar problem? By the way, it's a 7.1 database.

Thanks
Henk
